Cancellation Policy
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments and 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Showing up 15 minutes late is considered a cancellation unless there is clear agreement with your provider. Please be respectful of our family’s income.
